After reaching Shillong, I did a last minute booking at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and the cleanliness of the room and the property. My room had a balcony and a good view. The staff were very helpful and polite. The food was good. Hot water was available 24x7. Location was also good and very close to the main road. Overall a pleasant stay.

Beautiful hotel, well maintained and cozy rooms.Nice breakfast and supportive staffs.But difficult to find hotel because lack of hoddings.
