Big Stone Gateway is located on Rajdarbar Road of Bishnupur, WB, India. It is built of Laterite stone. It was built in the second half of 17th century. It used to serve as northern entrance of Royal residence. The double storied gate accomodated troops & narrow slits allowed the archers & gunmen to fire their shots.
