Manipur lacks having an ISBT (Inter State Bus Transport). It will be needless to say that Manipur should only be the state in India without an ISBT; sad but true. The facility is there but it has not opened even once. All the buildings, starts to deteriorate because of no maintenance. What a waste of resources!
