Swaroop ChakrabortyNice experience. Once you get an appointment, submit it on the counter and they will guide you through. Ample seating arrangements done for visitors. Staff are good and they call you up quickly to verify things and pass on to the next process. Very organised.

Naveen GuptaService is fast, if you have taken prior appointment and go on time, they will process your file quickly, there are enough counters to entertain peoples even if there is rush (whIch is always the case with PSK Bhopal). So, 5 on 5 for time taken to process application. The only thing that I felt bad is, some of the TCS employees are rude to the people, specially female employees, they behave like they are only the literate person on the earth and others are illiterate, they get frustrated quicky even if you ask simple questions and they will not help you if you forget to bring any document, even if other alternative is available, they will not let you know, they will make you go back and will reschedule your appointment afer 4-5 days.
