This is one of the most unproffesional place and managent ever . This is what happens when u are not a thouroughly trained proffessional and you do business just for the sake of it . And if you have to treat your clients like a scumbag why do u even take out offers. why do u even exist in service industry if you don know how to treat them. They should just shut the spa off and try selling flea in chor bazar . I am sure people there also wud be better off in customer relations . So next time before doing a business at least study a NANO BIT about it .
