Just found a pic on twitter by Dr.Anand Rai and saw the condition of a patient lying in a room with no facilities except doctors.What kind of a government hospital is it.And the most important concern is that how do you expect the PG students in such conditions with no facilities provided so that they could learn. Please take a note of these feedback and take major steps.
