Heavily understaffed hospital, I went there due to claimed Hi-tech tag!. I had taken the appointment for TMT and I was present there with my Mom but apparently due to emergency the staff was not available. I had to wait almost an hour for just blood pressure and heart rate check and then appoint was put for 3 hours later. I did not receive an apology; they shamelessly said come after 3 hours. Well that’s not the only hospital I had taken my mom to Bombay hospital for TMT.
