Absolutely Poor, unprofessional and callous attitude ....we contacted at 1030 hrs in the morning for washing machine repairs... The lady on phone very politely kept us at bay telling us that she will contact us with details of service engineer....Numerous calls and six hours later she managed to give the contact of service engineer who when contacted refused to come.... we wasted one full day with no results...kept waiting at home cancelling important assignments...total unprofessional approach....please avoid
