My Sony LED was not working. They took 1 full day to check my set, which was little sad. I received estimate copy next day. Since price was very high of board so I cross checked through their toll free no and service center of other city. They shared the same price. I guess, Sony sells expensive LED and parts are costly too. But There is 100% transparency in terms of charges, which is great. Service was good, staff has good behavior, overall very good experience.

Very poor service, exceptionally high costing, very rude and arrogant staff. They will not share initial estimate and will say "need to open and check device for sharing estimate". Then they will give you very high rates when you have no other option but to listen to them as service charges are already to be paid. Trust me you will be victimize here. Go to any other place and be happy.
