RITA Munshi KarmakarDear sir The L shape sofa set which was purchased through Snapdeal, has been manufactured by using very bad quality wood(observed, very next day after delivery) . L shape sofa set had been returned for replacement. However receiving the defective L shape sofa set Snapdeal communicated me that Bharat Lifestyle refused to replace the defective sofa set since price increased. Snapdeal informed that Snapdeal may refund only the amount at which it was purchased about 2 months back. This is injustice and unfair towards Customers. Thanks. Regards.
