Never rely on them for any booking as the administrative staff can change their statement at any moment.I had done a booking for a semi executive room for handsome amount of money (almost double the usual) with a staff person named Mr Rajesh Jain, as i had some urgent assignment during peak season, but by evening when I called them they blankly told me that I don’t have any booking with them,Luckily I got another booking done somewhere else. I Won’t Recommend It To Anyone .The Hotel Staff Is Unreliable And Rude.
