Excellent service. My tvs zest recently had problem of self start मोटर and they replaced under warranty. Spare motor was not in stock and they managed to borrow from other dealer and very next day i got delivery and my vehicle is running smoothly. Thanks to Dugar Tvs.

Third class staff. They behave good when you purchase and after that when you go for first free servicing they behave rudely as if we are beggars asking for free service for which we have already paid when we purchased the scooter. My jupiter which I purchased from here is giving only 35kmpl even after regular service and maintenance as per their schedule. When I complained them they say they cannot do anything with this. My scooters race(acceleration) is also very high and I told them to reduce and set at normal but they do not want to do anything. Such a big fraud. Never ever buy any Tvs especially from this store. Go for Japanese brands like Honda and Suzuki.....
