    The staff is very helpful I have a few problems which remain unsolved although these have been brought to the notice of all concerned 1) Items which are out of stock/not available continue to be shown in the cart list.list needs to be updated daily at the end of the day.Item looms not in stock and be marked as such. 2)swap machine should be made available to every delivery boy 3)Items sent for delivery are jumbled in one bag as a result crisp items like biscuits toast vermicelli get crushed.Even vegetables are kept in the same bag.Proper packing.shd be ensured.     I have been shopping from here online for last three months. The prices are reasonably lower than the other grocery shops. The delivery takes 12 hours, that is fine for me. Overall good quality and prices.

    The Shopkeeper is trying to fool public. It post coupon code on internet and when we register on site it do not accept coupon code. It is trying to get free SEO work by public with this tricky coupon code.

    I have good experience with mall8door , but need it to be improve in terms of technology as sometimes payment through card at the time of delivery fails due to connectivity issues. Moreover the portal has only pay now option for confirmation of order from customer even if payment on delivery is needed.
