    It is a very bad experience of taking my mother for treatment in sparsh hospital. During the whole 15 days stays the over all experiences is terrible especially because of the irresponsible, rude, carelessness, and egoistic attitude of few female nursing staff. Let them give some training how to take care of a patient not from theoretical part learned in her academic period but from behavioral and social part. Please give some orientation program to your female nursing staff. They should not think themself like a doctor in their attitude and behavior and should be within the limit. Is it the duty of a nurse to not attain a patient after repeated call?? is it the duty of a nurse to provide wrong information to the consultant doctor?? is it the duty of nurses of giggling and laughing loudly sitting on their chairs on duty hours in the ward?? is it the duty of your nurses to sleep calmly at the night shift on jointing the chairs without any responsibility of the patients in the ward?? so funny .. and unfortunate.. so on what ground you are claiming your hospital is good.. ( Yes your Doctors are very good, only this is the positive point, but the hospital can not run by good doctors without an efficient responsible nursing staff). Another thing which is very shame and unfortunate that in the ICU at night time the nurses are sleeping without any responsibility. In ICU where the patient is kept at critical condition whose definition is for intensive care unit but at night time it becomes a comfortable bedrooms for those staffs who are engaged there to take care those poor helpless patient. So SAD.. SO SHAME.. SO UNFORTUNATE.. This hospital is not a safe place for a patient.. terrible experience.. i lost my mother because of the negligence of the staff.
