Dr.Shakti is good but the hospital staffs are non co-operative. Called on the landline number for appointment. First of all there was no response and the call on the landline number was going blank. After lot of tries a guy picks the phone and says ...no appointment is given on phone. You may come from any place either it be Angul or Sambalpur in Odisha , we do not give appointments . If you want to get check up than come between 11am to 1pm. The guy replied in a rude way. Dont expect such behaviour from staffs when they are in service industry. Atleast Dr.Shati should look into all those things.
