Pathetic service... It takes them a week or so to deliver a courier within the city. They prefer customers to take delivery, instead of home delivery. For such kind of service a new scale should be brought in by with negative rating....Certainly a stain on Bluedart credibility...

THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER , HAVE NOT DELIVERED PRODUCTS SINCE 15 DAYS..MAKING NONSENSE EXCUSES LIKE NO PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE ETC. EVEN THOUGH THE PARCEL HAS ARRIVED THEY DONT BOTHER TO CALL AND CONFIRM ADDRESS AND MAKE FAKE UPDATES LIKE UNABLE TO FIND LOCATION. ITS A REQUEST NOT TO USE SUCH DELAYED AND INSINCERE DELIVERY AGENTS.

No Star...Worst service of Bluedart. Packet is sitting in Cuttack for 14 days without getting delivered. Customer care has no idea and they say it is delayed due to natural calamity (Stupid excuses). Called 4 times and no sense to find the reason or giving an update to customer. Will not use Bluedart service ever !!
