Not looks great from outside but okay inside. Huge spacious rooms. Good food. Ample space. Few minutes away from beach but beach this side is clean. Good to conduct large events (more than 150 PAX). One if the few options for large gathering in Puri. Bus approach during day time (no entry) is difficult.
