Prashant AswaniThe legendary Hyatt in Amritsar is nothing less than perfect. They have a shuttle service to the golden temple. The coffee n desserts are amazing. The hotel staff is polite n well mannered. The hotel view is amazing .

Sandeep SinghWent there for a professional training. Liked the ambiance and decor. Power backup was a bit slow as it took a few minutes for the power to return after powercuts. In terms of food, snacks are better than food overall as dishes seem prepared in a hurry. They taste same as ordinary 2-3 star hotel or a local restaurant. Good to stay, as near to all local attractions in Amritsar, but if you want great food and local delicacies, loom elsewhere.

iphone idPeople at the HR DEPARTMENT have no sense to talk to a person, they would hang up your cal of you need any assistance. I had called the hotel a couple of times to talk to someone in the HR DEPARTMENT, no doubt the personnel at the front desk is the politest person I would have ever talked to but the HR guy had no sense to talk and was stupid as hell. The hotel management should have a look into this matter as this is the only field you guys are lacking into.
