Here I am sharing with you, my WORST EVER EXPERIENCE I had at the SLEEK VALUE STATION. I had ordered a Raymond blazer and the behaviour of the owners was disgusting. First of all, the salesmen at the sleek store would welcome you with a fake smile on their face. They would show you the fabrics (not as per your choice) and would start forcing you to make choices. Once you’ve finalised with your chosen fabrics and the payment is done, things would start slowing down. The tailor master would be very lethargic to take note of your dimensions. Correctly performing this step is very crucial and it is done in a very inattentive manner. Secondly, they would never finish the work by the delivery dates. I had to visit thrice to get my blazer. It took 14 days more than the committed delivery date. While trying the garments, two to three salesmen would accompany the customer. They start praising the fittings of the garment even if it is not according to the customer’s desire! What rubbish is this! Here comes the role of the shop owners. If the customer is not satisfied and tries to complain, the shop owner would start defending and try to convince you with illogical comments. Come What May! At this stage, the real face of the shop owners is revealed. If the customer is dissatisfied and complains, the arrogant shop owner shows the real insolence. I was told to take home the blazer as it was. Still, if you do not believe, you may enter the so called Sleek Value Station at your own risk for a wretched experience! All the best.
