over its a good experience i have currently opted for 999 20mbps plan . the speed is always good and generally the ping is low . good for downloading content , hd youtube , online gaming etc . the only issue is that the ping sometime goes up and down randomly (only for hardcore online gaming bf1 , gta5 etc ) otherwise all is good

very much disappointed company ever seen they say that their service is very fast but till now their service is not available in my area and in my nears areas their service is available. we have only bsnl service in our colony but their speed is so less and i wan fast internet but this company dont listen to their customers. they always say this broadband will available soon in my area but their soon never comes
