Muskaan Power & all their allied companies are the biggest frauds ever. I had dealt with them in late 2015. After paying them 20% advance for our Transformers, when we asked them for the engineering drawings, they changed the specifications. Upon bringing this to their attention and not giving them a Go ahead for manufacturing, they stopped taking our calls and replying to emails. They have carefully picked the most rude staff members starting from their receptionist who will embarrass you by a barrage of questions every time you call. Then is Ms Megha Marwah, Ms Neha Sharma, Mr VK Verma and last of them all - their director, Ravi Mahajan. In a rare case you get thru to them, they will agree to all your points and then promise to call you back. But it never happens. They are such big cheaters that they have made Ms Neha Sharma write a false testimony on Google itself! Please do not fall for their trap. And if you know someone doing business with them; please warn them.
