I have ported my number to idea from airtel in May 2017. My services stopped on 3rd August as I have already paid previous dues on 2nd August to airtel. My services should not be deactivated as there was nothing dues to me. My number is not working till date and the idea team also not taken care regarding my serious problem in spite of my calls and emails.
