No ramp for ph, foul smell, non working fans, low covered area and insufficient sitting arrangements Parking in pvt hands charges 20 rs City on both sides of track but ticket counter one side One have to climb up or down minimum 250 steps for getting ticket and to catch train. Non working helpline number I think single star is enough for such world class facilities
