Dinesh MI plea to the consumers around Pondicherry region to be aware of this FRAUD agency Avento Design Private Limited with your office in Lawspet (Near Vivekanandha School) Pondicherry. The propertior of this company has past records of FRAUDULENT activities with his customers and I became the victim of the same. This company advertise themselves as best developing agency of websites and internet service providers however there no such technically sound person over there including the propertior himself (Divyanathan Kathiresan) who has graduated B.C.A and without even basic computing knowledge. My bad luck i entered a business agreement with Avento Designs Private Limited Pondicherry on 17-July-2017 (bill copy attached) with an advance amount of Rs 30000 paid to develop a eCommerce website. After 2 months of stern follow up I was left with only the them file installed in my server and no response from Avento Designs. The company propertior Divyanathan confirmed that the project cannot be initiated since his developer has left office after reporting a FRAUD instances with other customer by stealing customer iphone who had given to test an IOS APP. Since the project was called off, I requested for repayment of my advance amount Rs 30000 and Avento Designs neglected my reimbursement request and avoided me with verbally being abused. In the scenario I contacted local police authorities to intervene in this matter to provide me my justice. After intervention I was paid Rs 15000 with surety of balance Rs 15000 will be paid in next 30 days. After 6 months of steady followup I wast able recover balance Rs 15000 Avento Designs, Puducherry. This company Avento Designs Private Limited, Puducherry has involved in many such fraudulent cases from his customers and been successful in the doing the same till now. I request deal consumers to be beware of the online trap organisation Avento Designs Private Limited, Puducherry. The so called positive reviews are posted by their own beneficiaries so please dont trust in these fake reviews. I will be filling this complaint with the consumer authorities of state and district tribunal and will post the outcome soon.
