After getting recently serviced (less than month) and getting the motor changed ,spending nearly Rs.3000 ,the Kent machine started giving noisy beep.Called the service centre (Vansh Technotrade) a lady named POOJA spoke and insisted that it will cost Rs.350 for just the visit of the technician.When I told that it has been serviced and motor was replaced just 3 weeks ago she was rude and stated that I must agree first to pay the service charges since the earlier service validity is only for just 15 days.It seems Kent after few years is not a purifier but a money draining machine for the customer.
