mitesh tambiMost pathetic travel agent. The buses are of very poor quality. No pillow or bed sheets are being provided even when price is too high. Its always late by around 2 hours. Whole agency and bus staff are very rude. Please never use this travel.

Priyanka Kumaridont go for their service..they are highly non co-operative,they will torture their passengers in the best way they could...they leave their passengers if some one is late even by 5 mins... the worst two things they do,i m throwing light on- -their bus is not a tourist bus but a full passenger bus where they make sure that there is not a even a bit of space is empty in the bus to stand..on complaining they say they would drop us in between. When we tried calling the main offfice,these people disconnected the call..safety is not there since all local people stand near you and your things. -they loot their passengers..yes they do..they ask the the auto drivers to take 3 times the actual amount from the place they drop us at ajmer to the dargaah... overall the service is so poor that it can ruin your whole rajasthan visit. the driver and mostly the conductor,they are actually gundas who would warn you if you make complaints regarding how they are letting the local passenger sit,lean on ur seats as well as ur body. the only fine thing i came across was its timing...that too because we were concerned cause we knew even a 5 mins delay would give dem a reason to leave us in between.
