    One of my friend suggested me about rajat and I started his program with full trust and I have got what I already dreamed of. You get to eat almost everything and yet the transformation is impossible to believe but its truly happening. I heard it so many times that your body is 90% what you eat and 10% exercise and Rajat made this so true I never thought by eating in a structured way one could lose so much Fat (He cleared my doubts b/w fat loss & weight loss).     I started my weight loss journey with Dr Rajat in the month of March. After my pregency I have gained weight, also got thyrod issues . I stopped wearing my favourite dresses as my body was not at all in proper shape and even limited my outings with friends as I was not at all confident about myself which used to disturb me a lot. I tried everything to control my weight but there was no improvement. When I met Dr Rajat he not only helped me in weight loss but also guided me towards healthy way of living. He didnt gave me any suppliment or fat burner for weight loss, rather helped me in losing weight with proper deting and healthy eating habbit.
