Hemang SharmaOne of my friend suggested me about rajat and I started his program with full trust and I have got what I already dreamed of. You get to eat almost everything and yet the transformation is impossible to believe but its truly happening. I heard it so many times that your body is 90% what you eat and 10% exercise and Rajat made this so true I never thought by eating in a structured way one could lose so much Fat (He cleared my doubts b/w fat loss & weight loss). sahar khalidI started my weight loss journey with Dr Rajat in the month of March. After my pregency I have gained weight, also got thyrod issues . I stopped wearing my favourite dresses as my body was not at all in proper shape and even limited my outings with friends as I was not at all confident about myself which used to disturb me a lot.
