I was able to get ripped in less than two months while losing 20+ kgs and gaining muscle mass at the same time. Trainer is strict but friendly at the same time. This has improved my stamina in a lot of areas ;). I only have real fitness gym to thank for everything. The experience was so good that I almost feel as if I was a friend and not a customer. As some one said, I too attained nirvana here. Keep it up real fitness gym.
