My phone is HTC D728 and i am having some of the same problems which i was facing before. Cant you people just solve it in once ? 1 year is not yet over by purchasing this phone and only in this short time of purchasing i am facing phone problems. What is this can you explain it to me ?

One of the worst service.. the guy at the reception has no idea how to deal with the customer and have suggest me to take my HTC mobile to take to Raiser Plaza in Jaipur. This shows the incompetence they have in servicing.. Never expected this from HTC. This was the Limit. I will suggest not to go to this service center or if u want to be safe.. NEVER EVER BUY HTC MOBILES.. Thanks.
