Just returned from Jaipur and was fortunate our tour guide scheduled a visit to Channi Carpets & Textiles. Could not believe the quality and workmanship of their products. Saw how carpets are made and purchased a beautiful camel hair rug. Definitely worth a visit just to learn how the carpets are made! The staff (especially Balbir) are so kind and gracious they make you feel like family. It was a pleasure doing business with them. My carpet arrived 2 days after I returned home and now is proudly displayed as a reminder of my wonderful experience in India

In case any of you are looking some exquisite handcrafted pieces of Art and Culture, curated in history, I believe this is ONE OF ITS KIND OF A PLACE. The collection of Carpets comes in all sizes, designs, colors and origins. Its a place wherein you could practically get a lesson in how the age old tradition of handmade carpets has been preserved and taken ahead in future. And yes...
