No Star! Worst Service! We request for Snapdeal packet pickup on 7th March, but still 9th March pickup not done, I was calling to responsible guy Mr. Mukesh, he was not receiving the phone calls, I tried 3-4 time from a different number, he has switched off the phone.

very bad ! i am a seller in snapdeal and all my courier which were allocated to ecom exp are returned . by reason courier return . if i will get a single order and see that my order is allocated to this joker company i am not going to process it . loosers

Very Bad response, I am trying to contact call center since yesterday, as usual message "all executives are busy" , no contact available of local jaipur office. Not eligible for single star. If Ecom is not interested to serve customer, why they are running business. I will not recommend Ecom to any one, also filed complaint flipkart, to stop Ecom logistic service to deliver flipkart product. If my product not deliver, I will filed complaint in Consumer forum.
