extremely very bad experience the owners are extremely rude. i bought toys and clothes for more than 15,000/- from their stores, they gave me a defective electronic cot toy worth 2200/- for my infant we had to take for repair almost 4 times within 1 week of purchase, even though they realised it wasnt working on first visit only. Their behavior changed instantly when asked to change the defected set, instead they put blame on us saying pc once sold does not have any guarantee and when sold chalakar dikhaya tha. the product was bought on 28th april and till today which is 28th june it has not been given back to us. they falsely lied this morning saying aapke phone pe 6 missed calls kiye the apne uthaya nahi.
