Johanna Sofia SilverStayed here for 3 nights-- good working AC, hot showers and lovely views looking down from the fort. The location inside the fort is great and the rooms have a charming Aladdin-style feel to them. Aku is the type of hotel owner who really cares that his guests have a wonderful stay and he went out of his way to make sure we were happy. He also arranged our desert safari for us. Highly recommend!

Moutushi GhoshdeysarkarA small little cosy place run by a good soul. He needs more hands to run the show seamlessly though. The rooms create a charm of its own giving the authentic experience of staying as one of the locals. Very cheap but comfortable. The power keeps going off and on though thus a DG back up would enhance the experience. The roof top restaurant is run by another person and he does a good job though prices are slightly on the higher side. The view is awesome and at night sitting on one of the bastions and looking below at the city that looks like an upturned chandelier totally blows you off.

Anantha YeshaswyThis is located with in the Jaisalmer fort like a few other guest houses and lodges in Jaisalmer. So the best part is you get to live inside the fort for real! The rooms are all small and look really old (in a good way). Very clean and pretty decent service by the staff. The view from the balcony of a small restaurant that this guest house maintains is mind blowing. Watching the sun rise from the balcony is even better! Overall, located ast the best possible place in Jaislamer, very clean, decent food and service, the entire place is colourful and feels rich with Rajasthani culture
