I had gone to fill my fel tank on 03 Nov 15 at 2125 hrs. First of all you have to call the attendant to fill up the fuel. Even if they are not doing anything and are seeing the car drive-in for refueling the employees take their own time to attend to customers as if they are doing a favor by filling fuel. Secondly Mr Nathu Singh (name as told by an employee who was well built, with receding hair line and curly hair) filled the tank with 35.1 litre petrol amounting to Rs 2299.75. However when the bill was paid through credit card he charged Rs 2300/-. Though the discrepancy is not high but I asked him that why did he do it. He arrogantly replied that "HUMARE YAHAAN AISA HI HOTA HAI". As per him change (Rs 0.75/-) cannot be entered in the card machine whereas that is not true. I would recommend the company to take a serious view of it as this is not the first time it has happened and advise all to not to take fuel from this petrol as there are other good options available in Jaisalmer. My bill no is 2337 and credit card invoice no is 000222.
