They took our id proofs and committed to arrange permit for nathula pass. On calling one day before,i was surprised to know that these guys refused. They spoiled my trip Hence i was unable to go nathula(sikkim) His behavior was also not good. They shld know that we spent thousands for a trip amd everything is planned and deviation from plan cannot be done. Anyways i recommend not to get fooled.

Terrible experience As stated by many people, one day before my nathula day tour i got to know that my trip is cancelled and that too i was not informed about it. I called for a confirmation then they told me that due to bad weather it is cancelled and he asked to book for north sikkim instead. After that no one picked the phone and still i havent got any refund.

Only False promises. They just want money. They do not even care to arrange the trip as per agreed itinerary. Also, no measures are taken for tourist safety. Even they do not pass on reqd info of imminent risks during natural disasters. Instead they keep pushing u to complete the trip for making more money. Safety is totally your personal concern. This travel agency is not recommendable. Do not get fooled like us by the good reviews found here and there over internet.
