Mr. V.R Natarajan is a great human being and he is best at offering notary services. He is a resident advocate at US and he does notary services whenever he is in Chennai.He does this only for charity purposes and charges nominally or does at free of cost most of the times. 5 stars and I recommend him 100%.

He is fraud. I went for property legal statement. With out checking them, He said they are fake. He suggested for his friends construction. He is not willing to answer my question. Always talking about his friend construction. Worst experience. Charged 1000 for nothing.

He is greedy. He charges 100Rs for a attestation. I usually get it done for 20 rs to 40 rs per page. I called him as i was near Velachery on that day. But he asked for 100 per page. This is looting. Dont go to him.

I wish I could give negative stars. Mr. Natarajan is a fraud. I visited him for an affidavit regarding stolen RC book from my car. He began chatting about his life in USA and his charities and bla bla bla. After three hours, he asked us to give "whatever I feel is right in atleast 4 digits" FOR AN AFFIDAVIT. According to him all that will go to charity and the charge was because he spent time with us. Do Not go to him. You have been warned. I felt disgusted by the way he conned us.
