Staff is very friendly and eager to help. I enjoyed the breakfast in Once Upon a Time cafe. Wide range of authentic preparations and delicious dishes! Very clean and comfortable rooms! Manager was more than happy to accommodate my special requests around logistics and transportation. Over all, very enjoyable stay!!

Very nice, well maintained hotel. Lacks lighting near the steps near banquet hall. Food excellent, rooms classy, room service good. Reception needs alertness and facelift.

Stayed here for a night and have already booked for 3 nights in 2017. A four star property, but I will give it a five - for the wonderful service, ambience. The food was also good - they have complimentary soft drinks and some eatables. The rooms are spacious and well maintained.

Nice room n service is up to expectation. But expect same breakfast menu everyday. Location convenient as shopping mall just in front hotel. Metro station ready soon nearby hotel as well.

I stayed here for a week in March 2015. Facilities are good. A well maintained ambience. I loved the buffet breakfast they offer as complimentary. Chicken idli and chicken sausages are awesome.
