i would prefer to give half a star :-( We had planned for a team lunch one week before with the staff at the hotel. I had e-mail communication, phone calls, and all set a week before. On the day of the lunch, the arrangements were bad, food less than average...staff were totally disconnected... ambiance was zero, very less AC, when complained about this, no response.... Our total lunch plan atmosphere was spoiled....
