My wife has booked Sail Sedan LS ABS in KLN Motors Chennai and just paid Rs.1,25,000. Then we cancelled the car. But they gave cheque of Rs.1,15,000. They deducted Rs.10000 as cancellation charge. The reason they are saying is we took car from factory, now the car is in our yard.... Is it true.
