The Worst place to have business at Golden Rays Business Centre - I too have similar experience like Mr. Gulchand Mohar - I met them for a business startup but realized after few days that golden rays business centre is not for start up concerns but for end up concerns. of course if you want to end up your valuable concerns... you may approach them. Entire approach is unprofessional - totally focusing on money money money like mankatha play.... but wants to startup look for alternate... Finally - The response from the owner is fake commitment - never believe it. Not only me, many customers already suffered a lot from these fake and cheating business centre.

We have stayed in this business centre from may 2014 ,comfortable cabin , spacious reception and lovely staff ,reasonable pricing ,loved the ambiance ,i had to move out because i have increased my staff and needed a bigger office .i would recommend this office premises to my friends circle.wishing you all the very best to the team of Golden Rays Business Centre
