A wonderful place if you want to connect with yourself through meditation or prayer. This place has a beautiful temple-like structure surrounded by gardens. There is a book shop near the entrance if you want to buy books published by the Ramakrishna Math. The prayer/meditation hall is serene and provides you a great ambience to introspect, meditate, pray or to lose yourself in the silence. In the evenings, there are some bhajans, arti and after that, we are free to meditate in silence. The statue of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa is life-like and makes you calm, humble and peaceful as you enter the prayer hall.

The Ramakrishna Mutt campus in RK Math Road is an absorbing positive place, with a beautiful and majestic main temple structure. Devotees / visitors can spend minutes in silence in the expansive meditation hall in the main temple. The campus also has the older temple, library/Audio/Video shop.

Though have crossed the Ramakrishna Math many times, but never have been inside. Today evening, had time and hence walked into the math. Very very nice, calm, quiet, and when i went in the bhajans were going on. really nice bhajans. Sad the speaker quality was not that good, it would have been really great had they put some good speakers. Also sad that could not witness the evening pooja or aarathi. May be soon find time to go and see the aarathi. Definitely worth a visit.
