If I could give more stars :) Had a lively - knowledgeable and interactive session at the Chocotronix. I was only for a few days at Anna Nagar, Chennai and Mr. Venkat could manage the session timings well which were well suited to me. Also the practical session gave a lot of insight n the process of chocolate making. Wish someone would be here in Delhi around too like the Chocotronix team assisting. Wish them all the good luck and success for their venture. Will surely return as and when I visit Chennai again:) .
