The Basilica is not maintained well like Fr.Lawerence Raj. Even the plants are not watered properly and regularly. A lot of dust and cobweb inside the church. My special appeal to the Parish Priest is that he should go around the church for perfect maintenance St.Anthony statue is maintained to the worst. These are not the complaints but special request to preserve the Basilica. Thanks and amen. Thomas C Beschy

Peaceful and very artistic. Built upon the place where St. Thomas the apostle was laid to rest. Not at all crowded, the museum is a must visit. If you are a Chennaite visit this church, if you are visiting Chennai definitely visit this church.
