There is no zero rating so provided 1. The hospital refused for treatment as there is no other technician even till 11 AM, people there will be leaving around 10 ( reached there 9.15) and the worst part is after acknowledging us as outpatient response is not good. Providing all these here for the sake of another patient to not get affected.
