One of the worst experience I had. Quite surprised with the positive ones. They are completely unprofessional behaving like government people. And most of the staff including receptionist have no idea on this hospital even do.

The hospital appointment services are worse than poor. They will give you an appointment time and make you wait as if you are a walk in patient. The first impression for me was so worse i dont feel like going back to the hospital ever again.I was given an appointment at 12 and was made to wait till 3.30pm before i could meet the doctor.
