Very worst Builder I ever heard... Bought a apartment in oxygen after promising lot of amenities and basic requirements like Water, However nothing as of now and buying Water for huge cost... Very frustrating and feel like Cheated.. Also the standards are very cheap quality example like lifts... Dont go for it.....

No proper road facility. Amenities are yet to come. Without added amenities cost is high for that location.

Approach road is very much dirty and not able to drive either two Wheeler or four wheeler. Water has high TDS. One of the apartment lift often need maintenance.
