Vinoth NatarajanThey are one of the prominent players in Indane gas distribution in west tambaram region. I had tough time getting a new connection as they were compelling me to buy a stove even though I had bought a branded ISI certified hob myself. After all debate, discussion, fight I got a connection for myself after buying a dosa tawa for 950 rupees. The ignorant people are the one really cheated by the agency guys. I really pity for them. They need to improve their standards and focus more on customer service.

Mohammed AneesVery poor customer service. Those 2 girls sitting on reception never respects any consumer, it was my mother who went to get connection and they both abused her. These people refused to accept our rental agreement saying that there are 2 people name mentioned in the agreement (myself and mom name). So another guy brought her outside and said that he will done everything ASAP, asked her to go to opposite shop to get a new agreement which costs 200INR and looks like we have to pay him also for his service. Beware of small agents inside the agency who are supported by the agency people for commission.

sudexo sBooked the cylinder and available in home. But they cancelled the booking based on delivery man input (with reason door closed). While inquiring the same , response from front desk lady is very poor. Worst customer service. It is delivery man mistake, forcing me in trouble.
