Giridharan KesavanSeveral malpractices. They regularly cancel bookings made towards the end of the month, and re-invoice at higher price, after the LPG price rise is announced. Very arrogant and unprofessional staff. It is an insult if we have to visit the office to resolve any issues.

Suchithra ThyagarajanI am seriously wondering if I can change my gas cylinder to another agency. This is the best example of a badly run office, functioning with unprofessional staff that has a superiority complex, and a lack of interest in service. They still follow archaic practices when the rest of the world is running towards digital technologies. We have to call them to book a cylinder, and sometimes the order will be automatically cancelled. Unfortunately, I doubt if any action is being taken.
