Very poor customer service. The reception area in delivery is full of flies. Only couple of people at the billing desk is doing ok. While delivering the two wheeler they are not checking fuel level which i asked but no one bothered. Very poor responding staffs. its always crowded. Be it service booking or delivery be prepared to spend at least an hour or two. If you are going for checking a new bike probably you can expect a prompt response in the sales section. I posted few pics check them out.

1.Customer service is good. 2. Clean and neat. 3. Test drive available on weekdays and saturday. 4. Lady executives attend customers.

Never to give your bike here if you are going for paid service. They charge more and they do not resolve the complaints. I asked them to rectify a problem with bike last week when I gave bike for service, they did not rectify it properly. Now I see a new problem after a week from service date. Not at all worth for the money we pay. Avoid this service center.

I Booked my first two wheeler with them , overall experience from the time of booking to delivery was really awesome. Mahalakshmi was the service associate who helped me throughout the process. After sales enquiries and Vehicle Service is too good.
