Arshadh Omar ShariffDid not have any option to give 0 stars. Hence the 1 star. Booked the Banquet hall (Coorg hall) for an engagement party of 150 people in May 2017. The management makes all pleasing claims to provide you with the best service. However we were disappointed with the below things. 1. No guidance, route assistance to the Banquet hall. Shabby access way and poorly lit. No written details of the function placed anywhere in the premises. (Management failed to provide decorations on the access way as promised) 2. Lift was not working. (Banquet hall was on the first floor) 3. Shabby staircase to the hall. 4. AC was mediocre. I believe they were switching it on and off. The manager was a shameless guy who would laugh at our anguish. 5. Food was mediocre. Nothing great. 6. No tables arranged to sit and eat. Only 2 tables were provided on request later when we asked. 7. The people serving food would disappear at times and we were forced to call the manager to ask servers to attend to the guests. 8. Two rooms provided, one each for the bride and groom for 4 hours had no water supply even after complaining. Overall a very very disappointing experience!!! Never coming back to this place and never suggesting it to anyone!!!

Amitabha JoarderGreat location, very near the city railway station and malls. Staff are professional and offer decently good service. Rooms are large and clean. Bathrooms are large too but need better maintenance, especially the plumbing. Prices vary by booking websites, better to book through MakeMyTrip. Overall decent for a short stay

Visveswaran IIt a four star hotel which has a standards of a three star hotel. Infrastructure is very old but renovation is in progress. Rooms booked online seems to smell like dungeon. Even the kettle in the room does not have switch to power ON or OFF. reach on the first day no toiletries available. Poor centralized air-conditioning system throughout stay. Leaking bathroom. But good place to stay.

Manoj AIts zing zing Amazing . My first experience in Abu is good. I never visited a 3 star hotel may b because of that reason I liked it. Finally I can say that it is one of the good hotel for conducting professional events .
